What is your shipping policy for large outdoor gear?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the country. For oversized items like fishing rods or heavy-duty tents, additional handling fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return apparel if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion and technical apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Are your outdoor jackets waterproof or just water-resistant?
Our product descriptions specify the rating for each item. Most of our high-performance fishing shells are fully waterproof with taped seams, while our light trekking jackets are designed to be water-resistant.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Freddys Fishing & Outdoors ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

How do I track my order?
