At Freddys Fishing & Outdoors, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your outdoor apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
